Mild pain in center of chest

I am having mild pain in the centre of the chest. If I get a burp, the pain goes off for a minute or two. Then again it builds up. I have a history for gastric problems. Morning i took PAN-D, it relieved for a while

You are suffering from acute gastritis. Antacids will help you. But if the problem persists seek a consultation with your gastroenterologist.
