I went for a ultrasound and I was told fibroid seen, but my baby wasn't seen and that l have mild free fluid in my pod. I am also feeling most heavier on my right

Hello there. I can understand your concern. POD means pouch of Douglas. It's a normal space found and there is some free fluid. That's not a problem. Fibroid is a problem. Consult a gynecologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore
