Mild dizziness after a head bump

I met with an accident about a week ago, where I hurt my nose and head. I received medical care that same day from AIIMS Trauma Center Emergency Department. Now after a week, I still feel a little dizzy. Please help

Hi.... Generally some amout of dizzy feeling is known in head injuries for few days to weeks. Give some time. Avoid driving and riding. If symptoms persist, please do CT scan of brain to rule out if there is any deep seated injuries. Regards Dr.Nithin
