Mild Diffuse Cerebral Atrophy

My age is 23 and I've recently been diagnosed with mild diffuse cerebral atrophy. Since 1/2 years I'm facing this condition that I keep forgetting names, people, paths, bad performances in exams which require mugging up things etc. I even consulted a psychiatrist before the diagnosis but she found nothing wrong. Is this a big problem at this age?

Need to see your CT film or reporting from any other Radiologist..Cerebral atrophy in this age is very unusual..This can result in forgetfulness..Consult me online.
