In my ECHO, mild concentric LVH is detected. What this mean. How to take precautions and diagnosis it. I am enclosing the ECHO report as well Cardiologist prescription. Pls suggest. I want to take the second opinion pls

LVH is high BP related. Nothing to worry. Just take BP medications regularly and keep BP < 130/80

Continue BP medication... Concentric LVH is like when do gym your muscle become bigger.. Like that when a heart work against pressure it becomes bigger..
