Hello Dr, in my 2d echo Mild concentric left ventricular hypertrophy has been detected, and rest parameters are normal. Also my ECG is normal. I'm already on arbitel 40 medicine. Kindly advise if this is a serious problem and can be reversed and managed ?

This is not a serious problem this is due to higj BP. If you control your BP well then this can be reversed.
