Mild Antral Gastritis

I have chronic dry mouth and extreme halitosis. General physician advised for Upper G.I Endoscopy and other tests. Other tests(stool,urine etc) were normal, but Endoscopy revealed Mild Antral Gastritis. I consulted a gastroenterologist and took medicines for 3 weeks, but still I see no result. Please recommend medicines for mild antral gastritis.
