Hi doctor, please help me relieve migraine headache that I get on the right side during my menstrual cycle. I experience migraine every month.

Migraine need control with a neurologist . There are 2 types of meds...1 to relieve pain, the other for control of future attacks . For general care Good sleep, less strain, stress Avoid triggering factors Deep breathing exercises like pranayam Can try alternative medicine if u wish . Sometimes it is hormone related too.ike your periods in this case .
