Middle Chest Pain

While traveling in highway our scooter got skid on 8th August 2021, my hand got fractured and her chest felt down on road, from then she have middle chest pain, have treated with couple doctors, done couple of X-ray blood test results normal, after taking tablets and injection she was fine for 2, 3 months, now again she is facing chest pain that starts from middle of chest and it go down and spread into ribs, when she pick water buckets she gets pain, when she making roti she gets pain, she can't able to sleep properly because of pain, please please suggest whom should I contact, general physician, heart specialist or pulmonologist, I can't see her suffering from that pain. Please suggest sir

She should have CT scan of chest and then consult a Pulmonologist first. And if required, Pulmonologist may refer her to Orthopaedic surgeon.

See as she has a history of trauma  it sounds like musculoskeletal pain. Can be because of costocondritis. An inflammation of the cartilage that connects a rib to the breastbone.

avoid picking heavy objects. avoid doing strenuous exercises. treatment:.  Tab Neorelax MR  twice in a day after food for 5 days. Tab chymoral forte 3 times in a day for 5 day's. Tab pantopparazol 40 mg morning empty stomach for 5 day's. not prescribing you any thing as i don't know anything about your medical history. the above things are just a suggestion. consult for better evaluation and priscription.
