Mid back cramp after washing clothes,

Sir i m facing cramp and pain on my mid back spine and around, i washed clothes toady morning and after a while it started now its evening and the pain is increasing while moving or sudden turn around, and while shifting myself from bed to chair, also while getting up from lying position, what is this pain and how can i get rid of it? Please help sir, can i drive a car with it today?
