I have been facing metallic taste from the past 1 month. Even though I take proper diet sleep and maintain good oral hygiene.

Hello...... Iron  tablets are metallic in taste,  other foods and tablet can change  the taste  of your tongue.. Give mouth wash twice daily.. Consult ent specialist if altered taste is for longer period of time.  Common causes include new medications, pregnancy, and food allergies.
