10yrs old child multiple discret mesenteric lymphadenopathy size 6.3mm...complaing of pain abdomen...dose it resolve spontaneously???...no other symptoms ...photo attached here...plz help

can use course of antibiotic and usually it  may recurr.. have to rule out some conditions like tuberculosis..
