My grandmother is very mentally disturbed of past memories in the past few days and is unable to come to present times.this happens intermittently, stays like that for a day and is very difficult to bring her to present reality she doesn't sleep or eat during this time.. After a day or so she regains her consciousness to present state..again after a day she goes back to the same state of mental distress .. She is 90 plus..she has BP tablets and nerve related tablets daily.. Please assist
