I don't know if this a condition of sometime but I will explain. I recently talked to my wife and she told me she had an affair over me 10 years ago that she finally came clean about. I have been having mood swings like I feel sorry for my self, I get very angry and the next I get aroused and like it. I constantly think if these thing because I pass by events she mentioned and areas. I eating habits are not the same and I been exercising trying to take frustration off.
