I am a 20 yr old spinster having irregular period problem. I haven't been on periods for 2 years My uterus measure 5.6cm X 2.6 cm, with normal myometrial and endometrial echoes. Endometrial thickness 5 mm Right ovary measures 1.7 X 1.3 cm Left ovary measures 1.7 X 1.1 cmIs there any serious problem?
