I don't get my periods on time. Dates are mostly delayed for 1 week or so. Moreover, I get my period cycle for 3 days max. 2) I m skinny but my tummy is buldged out from center . many people said it's not fat or may be it is because of irregular periods.

Hi, irregular menses has multiple reasons. For diagnosis you need to undergo sonography and blood tests. Only then correct treatment is possible. I advise you to consult with your Gynaecologist.
