I'm 46 years old & Single. I have menstural spotting for more than 20 days continuously & again after a gap of 10 days or less the next menstruation starts. Within the 20 days there is heavy bleeding for 4 or 5 days. I'm Obese, a known diabetic for the past 1 year & hypertensive. My immunity is very poor & succumb to common infections very often.
