mild pain during menstruation is normal and is due to pelvic muscular spasm. If it is quite severe or unbearable then the condition is called ‘dysmenorrhoea’ for which you will have a consult a gynaecologist.

Hey,  It is Termed as Dysmenorrhea : There is a hormone called Prostaglandin that makes the uterus Contract so the pain or cramps, its totally normal.

*place a heating pad or hot water bottle on your back or lower abdomen. *avoid Food containing Caffeine *Rest when needed

It's normal due to spasms during menstruation. Bt if you have excessive pain it's need evaluation. Do Lower abdomen usg for evaluation

It is because the body becomes weaker due to menstrual cleansing process of the body, and the spasmic contraction of the uterus.
