Hi doctor, I am suffering from irregular period cycle. My last period date is 10feb, and still I am waiting for my next menstrual cycle. It is now almost 2 months. This is not the first time, this problem I am facing from so long time. I am worried about this problem. Can you please advise me. Also suggest me about my diet.

Have you gained weight suddenly...Or anemic, .  yes definitely you need to loose weight as it will automatically settle your hormonal imbalance...you need to bring about diet modifications... exercise regularly...you may also require metformin if there is less glycemic control and also ocps to regularise your periods...
