Menstrual cycle delayed

Due to having sex with precautions in the form of condom in the last week of cycle the cycle gets delayed by 20 days or more. Pls clarify on this issue. My wife is worried and also the pregnancy test is negative. Is this normal or we should visit a gynaecologist.

She's not pregnant for sure. But will need evaluation for delayed periods. Do a few tests and meet a gynaecologist. Delayed periods can be due to many reasons: PCOS, thyroid, stress
