I have completed 28 even till now I not attend Menpause till I m not take any treatment plz suggested me to resolve this problem if there's any solution let me know.

Women will not attain menopause at your age....if you attain menopause at mentioned age then it will become problematic... Normal age to attain menopause is 42 to 46 years..if you any other doubts please consult nearest gynecologists for clinical examination and evaluation with relevant investigations they will do the needful.

Hello there. You have mentioned your age as 28 which is child bearing age. Menopause occurs at age post 40. If you mean you have not attained monarche, then it's not normal. Consult a gynecologist and get it checked out. Regards
