Hello dr. I am 52 year old woman. Recently while travelling,  l twisted my knee. Now I can't put my foot down, while walking I am having a lot of pain.  My knee and surrounding area also have a lot of pain.Dr. said it might me meniscus tear. Kindly let me know what to do?How will it heal? I am on painkillers. Please help🙏🏻
