Am facing problem while doing sex with women. Am unable to do sex, but erection is occurring and it will down in a little time. By this erection down in a little time, I lost my confident to do sex. Since so many years Am away of sex, but daily Am masturbating my self. I want permanent solution for this and i need a help to come out from this.
