Hello, kindly take him to a general physician. We need to get CT brain to rule out intra cerebral hemorrhage. Then once this is excluded and BP is persistently high then we need to admit him and start on iv drugs to control BP. MRI may show white matter changes called as PRESS( Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome). These are the two main possibilities for now..
