I can understand your concern.
As i have already answered this question yesterday i would again say, its normal for some people to forget things therefore you just require more practice. Doing pranayama and meditation will also help you.
You can take a cap. Brain DHA once a day after food and cap. Ginkoba-M once a day after food for 10 days.
