I have got this fast 3 kit total 4 tablet those contains fluconazole ,azithromycin and secnidazole .So how do I take in I have to complete these medicine on one day or ? There are instructions like light pink tablet is after breakfast and dark pink big tablet after lunch and two white big are after dinner ?
