How to take evening primrose oil capsules for PMS? And I want to know is there any side effects of this oil? Thank you

It's a tablet/ capsule like thing , take once a day daily for 3 months .. Generally not much of side effects

U can take primosa 1000 cap 1 daily 4 three months. It doesn't hv any harmful side effects.
