Medicine for my son's teetchache
Pl suggest medicine (for application in decayed area AND medicine for oral consumption) for recurrent toothache for my son, aged 5 years and weight 16 kg. Photo is enclosed. Pl zoomin to view.

It looks like affected tooth has caries.. Which seems to be infecting roots and beyond. You will need to get the definitive treatment done as tooth has to survive for around 5 years but let the amidst pandemic become less aggressive.. Till then antibiotics and pain killers will help

Its necessary to go for treatment of that particular tooth, because it looks like it has deep carious and may cause infection.. which may further lead to sinus discharge and swelling.
For now, syrup Ibugesic plus 5ml twice daily after food to get relief from pain.

Hi, your son has to go for tooth treatment as there is a deep infection in few of his teeth. Please give him Ibugessic plus 6ml thrice daily. He might as well require antibiotics but that needs a proper history.
