Sir, I am taking tryptomer 10 mg tab at night , at next day of medication  I am feeling headache , what can I do. Can I stop takinkig this medichine or how maney days I continue this medichine.

Tryptomer is given to reduced anxiety and to get good sleep .. And also for headche .. But for few days it can cause mild headache too .. Don't worry,  just continue same tab..it ll reduced.

You need proper rest after taking this type of medication. You need proper sleep at least 8hr sleep.take plenty amount of water.
Next Steps
