  3. Medication timing. Pm, is this serious?

I have diagnosed with extra pulmonary tuberculosis a month ago.. Normally i am taking medicine(R-cinex, pyzina-750,combutol 100)on time.. But today their is slight delay... Normally i take combutol 1000 at 2pm but today i take it at 3:30 pm, is this serious?
