Kindly consult a MD consultant physician in person at any hospital near you,
tell them about this indian army selection. they will examine you. they will check your height, weight and calculate a BMI and suggest accordingly if you need to lose of gain weight.
they will also ask you to get a few blood tests done for further information on your health.
