I need to get my eye checked and obtain a medical certificate which confirms that I have vision to drive. Need to know where I can visit to get this check up done and get a certificate. Need some doctor near above Abbigere, Jalahalli, or Max yeshwanthpur if you confirm I'll fix an appointment with you and I'll get my check up done at your hospital

There are many hospitals and clinics in Bangalore. You can go there and get your eyes checked and get a certificate. Please remember to take the proforma provided by company or the college.
