I had an medical abortion, the g sac was 4mm, bleed heavily for 3 days and then spotted another 2-3days. There is no bleeding after that, no pregnancy symptoms as well. Can there be still a chance of imcomplete abortion?

I would advise you to get yourself checked by a Gynaecologist who will examine you and then you can be sure about incomplete abortion. Additionally you may experience lower abdominal pain, raised temperature (fever) etc. Apart from this issue i noticed you are overweight (85kgs wt, 5.5 ht). Try to bring it down to normal before next pregnancy. Modify your lifestyle, diet and start excercises to reduce weight.
Next Steps
Consult a Gynaecologist
Health Tips
Avoid oily and spicy foods. Add fresh fruits and vegetables salads in diet. Plenty of fluids. Brisk walking, pranayam and yoga.

Hello dear Type of abortion can only be find out by USG scan. Incomplete abortion patients generally show symptoms like abdominal pain and continuous bleeding. Although chances are very rare, we cannot rule it out without USG report
Next Steps
