Dear Dr i am 53 and having frequent dizziness and had get my neck xray done .attached is the report plz suggest corrective actions i also have scoliosis please suggest .i do not know if its the inner ear infection i need to get rid of dizziness . looking for help here

X ray report is suggestive of degenerative changes in Cervical spine associated with Cervical spondylosis.. How is the pain at present. Is there any radiating painbinbupper limbs..
