MBBS course Is for bachelor degree. Becoming a psychiatrist  requires post graduation . During pg one doesn't need to study post mortem.. but its an imp part of MBBS. If one studies forensic psychiatry later on he may need to study but still nvr needs to perform a post mortem as there is staff/etc for that.
