  4. May be piles. Dairy products completely?

I'm having mild pain in my butt hole region from 2 days, however I did try to look up, and found a small lump like thing outside my anus, I'm not having constipation, after pooping I experience mild pain ,not too much.no bleeding while pooping. Sometimes there is a itchy feeling. If this is piles, what should I do next?? Should I avoid dairy products completely???
