Sry to ask these type of questions,sir i can not control my sexual urges,so i cant control my masturbation,i am daily doing twice masturbation,i am trying my best to control ,bt i could not,,I was a topper student bt now it feels lyk i am going to fail in all my exam,What to do???Pls help me ,i cant tell it to my parents,i am considering to eat homeopathy medicine,will it help ??i have 3months only for exam
