Masturbation and hemorrhoids

I have a small external hemorrhoid (it only appears during bowel movement) and a healed anal fissure (healed in August). Can penile masturbation reopen a healed fissure? Can penile masturbation make external hemorrhoids worse? Sincere answers please. I cannot book online consultation.
