Mastitis turns to abscess

I'm a breast feeding women and last few days I'm facing milk clogging.. keep on feeding and gave warm compression also but still it's not going.. I feel i might have got mastitis or abscess.. there is a slight discharge in my breast and no fever , no redness on skin , but there is fluid filled mass swelled with little pain.. I'm really worried it may turned into abscess pls give me suggestion on this

Hello! If there is no signs of infection there could be a collection of milk in a small pocket in the breast- galactocele. However to differentiate from abscess do get yourself examined by a surgeon or Gynecologist. Take care!
