After that I think ok I masturbate about 3 years ... And now I also look at the mirror and I think for my masturbation habit my height growth plate was fused and I look older. ... So doctors can you help me... How can I I regain my height... Because at 16+ years old I am only 5 feet 3 inches... I need height... If I stop masturbation daily can my height grow like before...
