Sir I am nearly 18 years old and I have been doing masterbatation for 2 years doe's it affect the growth of beard and mustache and lower your immune system and weeken your body Sir please help me to control it sir I beg you sir please

It doesn't effect your immunity if you are not addicted. If you are doing very frequently it takes lot of your energy. Indulge your self in different interesting hobbies ..constructive activities...keep your self busy with friends and studying. Practice pranayama to control mind.

You must understand that excess of everything is bad. Same is true with masturbation. Control masturbition. Dont do more than a once in a week otherwise it may cause some weakness. You may take cap. Shilajit & tab. Chandraprabha bhati. One tab. Each morning & evening & also take dhatu paushtik churan one spoon morning & evening. All 3 with hot milk for 3-4 months.
