Massive Hair fall problem

Hi, I am a female and my age is 30 years. I am a vegetarian, however eat eggs. I am facing massive hair fall problem from past 1.5 years. I am consulting a very good dermatologist of Gurgaon, however cannot see any improvement. I am taking proper diet with absolutely right quantity of proteins in it. However, I am losing almost 200-250 strands daily. I have dandruff in my hair for which i am applying Clop-S, Onabet and washing my head with Sebowash. However, nothing is helping.

There are many reasons for hair fall. So first and foremost we have to find the cause with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes are nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia or patterned baldness, hypothyroidism, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Oils or shampoos do not have any effect on hair growth as they are not absorbed in the skin.
