Hello Doctor, I'm a Covid positive patient and was moderate symptomatic on my initial stage. Now it is my 4 th day and I'm recovering fast now. I hardly have any problems except weakness and loose motion. I have been asked by my hospital sister to wear a mask even during sleep. My question is can I sleep in night without mask ? Bcoz I can't sleep with wearing a mask. Also all 7 patients in my ward is covid positive. Hence is it necessary to wear a mask atleast at night. Please suggest.
You should wear mask it ll reduce your risk of being affected by some high virulent virus,those who was staying with you ll be having different stains so you water mask as much as possible
Since all patients in ur ward are covid positive , that’s why you NEED TO wear a mask at all times.
A little discomfort & lack of sleep is better than having complications from covid.
You ca take my word for it, speaking from experience, covid is really bad & complications are even worse, irrespective of age.
