Case History
Married since last 5 yrs. No pregnancy. Case of PCOS. Irregular periods. Laproscopy done last year Sep 2016. Findings - Koch's, Chronic Salpingitis, Chronic endometritis. Polyp removed - both B/L tubes patent, thorough irrigation and haemostasis completely achieved.
Current Medication - [Ethambitol 800, Isoniazid 700 Rifampicin 750] - Collectively called AKT4 for 3 months DAILY. this course is finished.
TO BE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWED BY
[Ethambitol 800, Isoniazid 300 Rifampicin 450] - Collectively called AKT3 for 3 months DAILY. This course is finished also.
TO be immediately followed by;-
[ Isoniazid 300 Rifampicin 450] - Collectively called AKT2 FOR 6 months DAILY. This course HAS JUST BEEN STARTED.
