Marriage between different blood group

I am having o O +ve blood group. The girl whom I am going to marry is having O –ve Blood group. Is this opposite Rh Combination create any future problems in our Life. If it is incompatible, is there any solution for this. I heard from my one relative that,O +ve male should avoid marrying O –ve female. Kindly advice me on this Thanking you

Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult.  When female is negative blood grp, the only (chances ) of problem are during pregnancy. If you happen to have a baby who is grp posI give then there may be chance of jaundice in baby. Not all babies have  it. Also science is much advanced such problems can be tackled..
