Marks on hand

I have started gym so now i am havung marks on hand as in picture even after qearing gloves what should i apply to it

hello they are hardening of the skin called callosities apply cold creams and ice packs locally along with skin emmoliments good luck bye

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You will have to be weaing gloves continuously in the gym . You can apply elovera imf cream or venusia cream in your hand. Hello there...I can understand your concern. Presently there's nothing much. You have developed some erythema and stretching of skin due to friction during gyming. In long term it can lead to callosites. Using a good pair of hands gloves will reduce the chances of developing callosities. Use a good moisturizer(like moisturex soft cream) regularly two to three times a day, after gyming. It will help reduce any callosity.
