Mark on right arm of my 9 month baby

I saw this mark from last 10 to 15 days on right arm of my baby. Is there anything to worry or its just a dryness??

This looks like coz of dryness,if it changes the color or increases in size or no. then consult dermatologist.Apply any moisturizer frequently.
