I have been suffering from having manboobs for the past 13 years.my present weight is 120 kgs and its getting really embarassing.My sex drive is also declining..please help

It may be just fat, it may not be gynecomastia (man boobs). You can confirm by doing ultra sonography of chest... Anyways treatment is weight reduction... Gynecomastia can be surgically removed... Bariatric Surgery is suitable for you if your sugar levels are elevated...
