  4. Mamography. Any cancer risk for me?

I am 45 and had my first mamography. The report is attached. It is given as probably benign and probably fibroadenoma. Is there anything to worry? Does the features of lump say it may convert into cancer? My doctor didnt tell me to have a follow up visit after 6 months. Do I need to have it? Is there any cancer risk for me?
