Mam you gave me advice(under weight) its very helpful to me.but I have a question should I have to take all four medicine or choose one from them

Hello. Under weight can be because of some underlying disorders or improper diet. So the cause must be treated rather than simple medication for the effect, i.e. under weight. Regards
